Having a higher purpose in life keeps Maria motivated to do more every day to help people. After the devastating earthquake of 2010, Maria's 17 year old daughter Carina was called to do more. Together they traveled to the poorest third world country,to not knowing the people or their language. Many lives transformed from this trip. The HEART in Haiti School is thriving by empowering children and the community to reach its full potential.
