Title Insurance Education

 Yaritza Ruiz, a NYS Licensed Title Insurance Agent, is the Owner of Absolutely Clear Title. She graduated Cum Laude from Lehman College (Bronx, NY) with a love for law that led to a paralegal job where she learned the ins and outs of a real estate transition. After 10 years as a paralegal her need for a work-home balance led to a position at a title company where she came to understand the complexity of “clearing a property to close.” All the while witnessing the frustration & confusion of buyers & borrowers. Now, Yaritza attends workshops, seminars and brokerage meetings to empower the insured and the real estate professionals helping them! Currently a Member & Ambassador in BNI Hudson Valley & the incoming Public Relations Director for Latinos of Real Estate.
