I am currently a freshman at New York University studying Business and Finance in Shanghai, China at NYU's portal campus. I am slowly learning the art of Mandarin Chinese which is, as everyone claims, quite difficult. I also had the opportunity to travel to some cities near Shanghai and learn about the temples that were built a half a millennium ago and still stand today. Additionally, I am also the treasurer of the TAMID chapter at NYU Shanghai where business education and guest speakers are organized. I plan to continue my studies in Shanghai for at least one more semester. I am also looking for an internship opportunity in Shanghai/New York over the summer where I can get more experience in the finance/accounting sector. My experiences so far in Shanghai, and China as a whole, has been both fascinating and challenging, but I always am ready to explore!
